Order processing time

It depends. For items in stock, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for warehouse processing on top of the estimated delivery time. If you haven't received a shipping notification to the email address you provided when placing your order, please check your spam folder. You can also view the current shipping status on your order page or contact our customer service team for assistance.          If your order contains pre-order items, the entire package will be shipped by the estimated date shown on the product page.     *Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a  confirmation email  with the tracking details.

Why your package might not arrive as expected
